The episodes are really informative!
I wanted to know, if i belong to a family business what kind of recommendation letters would be most appreciated by business school's. would a recommendation from some of the senior employees of my company under whom I have been trained be acceptable. Or recommendations from clients and acqquintances in the industry will be useful.

Hi Tina. There is no doubt that its hard to get a letter from your mom or uncle - if you are in a family business! Sometimes, these are your toughest critcs! You may want to aska client or vendor; and explain in your optional essay why you chose this person..
